Account Information: When you register for our Services, we collect your name, email address, company name, phone number, and billing information.

Communication Data: Our VoIP and messaging Services process call metadata, message timestamps, and connection quality metrics. We do not record or store the content of voice calls or encrypted messages unless explicitly configured by the account administrator.

Technical Data: We automatically collect IP addresses, device information, browser type, operating system, and usage analytics to maintain Service quality and security.

Cookies and Tracking: We use essential cookies to maintain session security and functional cookies to remember your preferences. Analytics cookies are optional and require your explicit consent.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process your data to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our communication Services

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the communication systems and services provided by platformfabrication ("Company"), located at Boulevarden 20, 9000 Aalborg, Danmark, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Service Description

platformfabrication provides enterprise-grade VoIP, secure messaging, video conferencing, and unified communication solutions. Our Services include but are not limited to:

  • Cloud-hosted and on-premise VoIP systems
  • End-to-end encrypted messaging platforms
  • Video conferencing and collaboration tools
  • SIP trunk management and optimization
  • Network monitoring and analytics
  • System configuration and consulting services

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
  • Transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
  • Resell or redistribute the Services without written authorization

5. Payment and Billing

Fees for Services are specified in your service agreement or order form. All payments are due in advance unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to the Services remain the exclusive property of platformfabrication. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes.

7. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We guarantee 99.99% uptime for our core communication services. In the event of downtime exceeding this threshold, you may be eligible for service credits as specified in your service agreement. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated 72 hours in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, platformfabrication shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Aalborg, Denmark, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refund Policy

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The Services were not delivered as described in your service agreement
  • There was a significant and prolonged service outage exceeding our SLA guarantees
  • You cancel within the first 14 days of service activation (cooling-off period)
  • A duplicate or erroneous charge was processed

3. Cooling-Off Period

New customers may cancel within 14 days of initial service activation for a full refund, provided no significant resources have been consumed (e.g., dedicated infrastructure provisioning, custom configuration work). Setup fees are non-refundable after provisioning has commenced.

4. Service Credits

For downtime exceeding our 99.99% uptime SLA, you may request service credits calculated as follows:

  • 99.9% - 99.99% uptime: 10% credit on monthly fee
  • 99.0% - 99.9% uptime: 25% credit on monthly fee
  • Below 99.0% uptime: 50% credit on monthly fee

Credits must be requested within 30 days of the incident and will be applied to future invoices.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Setup and provisioning fees (after work has commenced)
  • Custom configuration and consulting services
  • Third-party license fees passed through to us
  • Services terminated due to terms of service violation
  • Partial month usage charges

6. How to Request a Refund

  • Your account details and invoice number
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Supporting documentation (if applicable)

We will review your request within 5 business days and respond with a decision.

7. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may take additional processing time depending on your financial institution.
